Papers of A. B. Palmer

This collection comprises the papers of A. Bernard Palmer (19 January 1960-25 February 1978), including, correspondence, newsletters, event leaflets, campaign material and photographs, relating to his involvement in the Chadwell Heath Ratepayers Association, as well as his elections and then time as a councillor for Dagenham Borough Council.

A. Bernard Palmer (fl. 1950-1980) was the Social Secretary of the Chadwell Heath Ratepayers Association. He went on to be elected as the councillor for the Chadwell Heath Ward of the Dagenham Borough Council in 1961.
