This company, which went into voluntary liquidation in 1954 after the purchase of its property by the Cuban Government, incorporated a number of smaller Cuban railway enterprises.

Received in two accessions: first accession in November 1964, second accession on loan from Pannell Kerr and Forster (PKF accountants and business advisors) in 2004.
