The collection contains the following:
- 'Report of the Royal Military College Memorial Fund, for the eighteen-and-half years ending December, 1901'.
Topics include the proposal for an extension to the College Church memorial, with the need to find ' fresh places for War Panels in order to include the names of those who have fallen in South Africa since October, 1899'.
- 'R.M. College Form 18' application form for attendance at the College completed in manuscript by Colonel H.H.N. Stewart (Hopton Hall, Nr Lowestoft, Suffolk) for his son, Gentleman Cadet C.F.S. Stewart. Dated 18/01/1902.
- 11 newspaper cuttings of various length relating to incidents where mysterious fires were started at the College in June 1902 in which 29 cadets are reported as being punished for the fires. The nature of the punishment of the cadets and discipline at the College is discussed in the clippings including letters to the 'Editor of the Standard'. There is also 1 manuscript letter from the College to Colonel Stewart (a parent of a cadet) dated 5th August [1902] relating to the disturbances.
