In consideration of #525, John Ashton of St Ives, Huntingdonshire, linen-draper, releases to Joseph Hart of Cambridge, linen-draper, his tenement in Preachers St, parish of St Andrew the Great, Cambridge. Lease: Doc 1922. Signed and sealed by Ashton, witnessed by Ed Randall and William Clarke, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same witnesses. Endorsed in blue crayon: 'Cambridge'.
