- 42 pp. inserted into the printed volume; manuscript. Written in a mid-eighteenth-century hand. The first insertion, between leaves Hh3 and Hh4, is in the form of a sewn gathering of 12 leaves (item 1 below). The second insertion, at the end, comprises 11 folded leaves (item 2) and a separate folded leaf attached transversely (item 3).
