A collection, mainly of essays, 1883-1905, written for the National Eisteddfod of Wales by Moses Owen Jones.

Administrative / Biographical History

Moses Owen Jones (1842-1908), musician and writer, was born in Gallt-y-foel, Dinorwig, Caernarvonshire, and spent the greater part of his life as a schoolmaster at Treherbert, Glamorgan. He was successful at 'eisteddfodau' in both musical and literary fields and also served as an adjudicator.
