Evans and Evill was a firm of solicitors based in Chepstow, Gwent. They collected deeds and papers relating to lands in Monmouthshire. James Evans (fl.1797-1862) and Thomas Evans (fl. 1842-1862) of Chepstow were solicitors during the mid 19th century.
