Newsletter for University of Strathclyde staff. Up until November 2011, it was published monthly. After a year's hiatus, Prism was then relaunched as a thrice-yearly publication, with the first of the new issues appearing in Winter 2012-13.

Administrative / Biographical History

The Public Relations Service was established in 1986 to co-ordinate existing information and publications activities and strengthen the internal and external relations of the University. It brought together the existing offices of Information, Alumni Relations and Publications. In 1994, it was replaced by the External Affairs and Development Office.

External Affairs and Development was created in 1994. It replaced the Public Relations Service and the Development Office. In 2004, it was replaced by the Office of Marketing and Communications.

The Communications Office was created in 2004. In 2010, it was renamed Media and Corporate Communications.
