For her service, Eufemia, sometime wife of Simon de Colleshul, widow, confirms her gift to Ida her daughter, and to her heirs or assigns, of a bovate of land with toft and croft in Bulton [Derbyshire?], once held of Lord Oliver my brother by Nicholas de Tinford. Reserving annual quit-rent of one halfpenny for all services apart from forinsec. Witnessed by Ralph Barry, Henry son of Peter, Henry le Symple, Geoffrey de Vulphart, Richard Waren, Warin his brother, and others. Tag and seal wanting. Endorsed in two later hands: 'Charta Eufemia uxor Simo / nis de Colleshull Ede filia / sua pro terris in Bulton' [sic], and '217'.
