- 3 vols Vol. 1, [i],272,[4] pp., 1776-85, is inscribed "No.7" on the title-page. Vol. 2, [i],278 pp., 1776-81, is inscribed "No.8" on the title-page; cases are not in strict chronological order. Vol. 3, 142 pp., remainder (113 ff.) blank, 1780-1828, is bound in parchment inscribed "W Hey" on the outside cover; some cases are written in a different hand. The fly-leaf is inscribed "R:d Hey 1785" and "William Hey junr. 1795".
