Administrative / Biographical History

The building situated on the corner of the High Street and Lon Popty in the city of Bangor, Gwynedd was variously known as Plas Alcock, Plas Alcock Tavern (1819), City Vaults (1821) and Blue Bell (1834). More recently, it housed a branch of Barclays Bank and today, is a book shop.
