Richard Tayler, merchant, of Wisbech, acknowledges himself bound to Eliza Spier of Wisbech for £40. The condition being that if Richard Tayler and Mary his wife shall cause to be paid to Elizabeth Spier the full sum of £200, with interest, on or before 10 March next, in the matter of an indenture (see MS Doc.1029) of limitation and declaration of uses of several lands...in Wisbech as a mortgage security to Eliz. Spier between R. Tayler and wife for 1st part, E. Spier of the 2nd part, and Edmund Cavey of Upwell, Cambs., merchant, of the 3rd part. Signed by Richard Tayler, with seal. Witnessed by Mary Rix, John King, and Ch. King.
