John Fitch of West Tilbury sells to Philemon Wheeler of Mucking, Essex, certain property in West Tilbury for a term of ninety-nine years at a peppercorn rent; provided that if John Fitch pay a certain sum to Philemon Wheeler by a certain date the agreement is void. Witnesses: Thomas Fifield, James Cokeman. On the back is a certificate of receipt of the sum of money lent by Philemon Wheeler, signed by John Fitch. Witnesses: the same.
