Three bundles of letters addressed to D.D. Williams from various correspondents, 1919-1937. Amongst the topics discussed are his higher degree at Liverpool University in 1919, his election to the chair of the Association of the North (C.M.) in 1931, his resignation in 1937 and his work on T. J. Wheldon. There is also correspondence between the elders of Moss Side chapel and the Rev. Roger Edwards of Mold dated 1861.
The literary works of D.D. Williams are mostly essays on various historical subjects and place names, composed for entry in Eisteddfod competitions, 1904-1913. Also included are addresses and notes and his M.A. thesis Political Prophecies in Welsh Literature : A Comparative Study, 1919.
