Administrative / Biographical History
Christian Ceberberg (1928 - 2014) was born in Sweden and completed an MA in engineering. He worked for Tetropack in Sweden, London and Japan. was an amateur historian specialising in military history. He had a solid background in horsemanship and riding in Britain, Sweden and the American West and thus had good practical knowledge of the use of spurs on horseback. He studied, sketched and photographed spurs in many museums and collections all over Europe and also created a modest but representative collection of spurs from the Middle Ages to the present time. He wrote 'The Development and History of Spurs' which was published in 2012.
