Duncansons Property Ltd was established in 1949  as a private company in Glasgow, Scotland, to manage five Glasgow properties transferred from Miss Annie Duncanson's Trust. Its first directors were Harry Duncanson Boyd and Mary Duncanson Carnachan. Its share capital was £100 divided into 100 shares of £1 each and the subscribers to these shares were Harry Duncanson Boyd and Agnes McQuaker. The company was liquidated in c1977  .
