STATUTORY DECLARATION: Made by Richard Edwards of Hen Siop, Llangaffo, who at one time was surveyor to the Dwyran R. D. C.

During his time as surveyor the council repaired the road from Penlon to the gate which is across the road leading to Aber Menai.

The road wasn't repaired beyond this point because there were no houses.
