Scope and Content

John Rede of Little Eversden confirms his gift (with warranty) to Gilbert West of Great Eversden, of three selions in the field of Great Eversden. One selion lies in the field of Brunnebrok next land of William Knesale senior and abutting on a croft of Robert Braggeby. Another lies next to land belonging to West at Kyngystonebrok, and the third lies at Grenedych next to further land held by West. Warranty clause carries a penalty. Deed poll, witnessed by William Fiyran, Thomas Ta'nt, Nicholas Bokysworthe, William Kneshale, Henry ?Peyntor, and others. Seal wanting. Endorsed in pencil: '28'.
