Arrangement
The collection is arranged in a number of sequences:
NT programmes in periodical files, arranged alphabetically by production
NT pamphlet or single sheet programmes in periodical files, arranged alphabetically by production
Programmes from the RSC in periodical files, arranged alphabetically by production
Programmes from the Almedia in periodical files, arranged alphabetically by production

Access Information
On open access within the College Library, but not available for loan.
Acquisition Information
The collection contains many items donated over the years by Beth Chatten, Kate Fleming, Aleks Sierz, and Morna Smith, but also includes many other items whose provenance is unknown.
Note
The spreadsheet lists all of the items by title (though this can be re-ordered by any of the columns).
The 'other people' column is not a comprehensive list of performers but rather identifies individuals who may be well known, and individuals who are alumni of Rose Bruford College.

The copyright in the collection will rest with the creators of the programme, but small extracts may be copied for the purpose of individual research, analysis or criticism.
Accruals
At present the collection contains items up until 2017, but this is not by design and the College will continue to add to the collection as further items become available.
The College is happy to accept donations BUT NOT if they are duplicates of what we already have.
Location of Originals
All programmes are original items and are on open access shelves within the College Library.
