2. Brummer Mond & Co. Ltd., Winnington, Northwich, Cheshire.

Lease of mines and mineral veins on lands called Nant, Nant Bwlch yr Haiarn, Parc yr Hysglog [now called Gwydir Park], Coedmawr, Penrallt, Aberllyn, Griffyn and Coed yr allt Goch, parts of the Gwydir Estate in t. Trewydyr, pa Betws y Coed, for a term of 21 years at a rent of £80 p.a together with one twelth share of the royalty from any minerals sold.
