Whereas a marriage is agreed upon between Edmond Williamson junior of Westminster and Martha Rampaine daughter of Charles Rampayne of the same; Charles Rampaine in lieu of a marriage portion releases to John Willson of Birling, Sussex, and Charles Farwell of Westminster certain land in Westminster, to them and their heirs for ever, to the use of Edmond Williamson for life, then to the use of John Willson and Charles Farwell, then to the use of Martha Rampaine for life, afterwards to the use of their sons and their heirs male in priority of age, then to the use of their daughters similarly, in default to the use of Charles Rampaine and his heirs for ever; Edmond Williamson and Martha Rampaine may let the land for a term not exceeding sixty-one years reserving the best rents. Witnesses: John Turner, William Godfry, John Gutch. Two seals are attached.
