PROSPECTUS: Issue of shares for the Llangefni Electric Light and Power Company Ltd.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held at 24 Church Street, Llangefni, on the 3rd August, 1937, a Special Resolution was passed and the Company was voluntarily wound up .

William Owen, of Glyn Derw, Llangefni the Secretary of the Company, was appointed Liquidator.
