Administrative / Biographical History

Helen Channcy Luard (1891-1989) was brought up in the West Indies. She served with the YMCA (Young Men's Christian Association) as part of a Re-mount team in Rouen in 1916. Her sister, Christabel Luard (1897-1980), was a motor driver with the Women's Legion, 1918-1919.
