1. William Morgan Davies, of Cardiff, Glams. collector.

2. John Richards of the town of Laugharne, baker.

3. David Williams of the same place, shopkeeper.

4. Evan Williams of the same place, tailor.

LEASE for a year and conveyance with uses in bar of dower of two messuages etc. situate in King Street, Laugharne, one being in the occupation of the said John Richards, and one formerly in the occupation of Samuel Phillips since in the occupation of Barbara Evans but now untenanted.

Consideration: £300.

Witnesses: Griffith Phillips and Thomas R. Lloyd both druggists, of Cardiff, John Davies clerk to Mr. Whitaker, solicitor of Laugharne, George Franklin and Thomas Owen both shopkeepers of Laugharne.
