Chronicles of the Times i.e. diaries, 1877 - 1926, which include brief notes on events in Dolwyddelan as well as details of journeys made, home and abroad. Edward Roberts records such events as visits to the 1910 National Eisteddfod, the investiture in Caernarfon of George V in 1910, and a trip to America during the First World War. The later chronicles appear to concentrate in detail on politics and wars, whilst in several cases, lists of deaths in the locality are included.
