Scope and Content

1. William Owen Brigstock of Blaenpant in the parish of Llandygwydd, in the County of Cardigan, esq., who is the eldest son and heir at law of Owen Brigstock late of Blaenpant aforesaid, etc.

2. William Williams of the Borough of Kidwelly, in the County of Carmarthen, farmer.

BARGAIN AND SALE of all that field, close, strip, piece or parcel of land commonly called or known by the name of Bryncoch, now in the tenure or occupation of Elizabeth Stephens as tenant to William Owen Brigstock.

Consideration: Rent of one peppercorn.
