Ticket notes that this is the only time the full spelling of Llanfair P.G. has appeared on the postmark of the envelope and as such, goes into postal history as the longest postmark name in the world.

Llanfairpwll railway station is a station on the North Wales Coast Line from London Euston to Holyhead, Anglesey. The station was closed in 1966 but reopened in 1970 as the terminus for trains from Holyhead due to the fire on the Britannia Bridge. It was closed again in January 1973 for four months for allow two non-wooden platforms to be installed.
