Correspondence, sent to an unnamed female correspondent and covered the topic of music 1804

John Young (c1747-1820) was a graduate of the University of Glasgow, being awarded his MA in 1769, and Professor of Greek from 1774 until his death in 1820. In 1781 he was appointed one of the curators of the College chambers and he was elected Clerk of Senate in 1779.
