Thomas Warth of Chatteris, farmer, stands bound in #800 to Joseph Upsher and John Lawrence, both of St Ives, Huntingdonshire, gents to pay them £417 plus 5% interest on 21 Feb 1836, according to the conditions of a surrender (of even date) made by Warth of his customary or copyhold hereditaments in the manor of Chatteris Ramsey, to the use of Upsher and Lawrence. Completed printed mortgage bond form, signed and sealed by Thomas Warth in the presence of Thomas S Fryer, duty stamps.
