Robert Shuttleworth of Great Baddow, Essex, for settling a jointure on his intended wife, Grace Rolfe of High Easter, Essex, sells to Martin Holbridge of Felsted, Essex, and John Sawen of Little Waltham, Essex, certain land in Writtle, to them and their heirs for ever, on trust to the intent that Robert Shuttleworth receive certain rents for life, after his decease his wife Grace receive them, and after her decease their heirs for ever. Witnesses: Robert Smyth, John Eve. Part of the original seal is attached.
