Scope and Content

Contains photocopies of documents relating to the dismissal of Robin Blackburn and Nick Bateson from the London School of Economics, 1969, including a petition of protest signed by UEA faculty, and to calls for the dismissal of UEA's Dean of Students and the separation of responsibilities for student welfare and discipline, 1971.

Administrative / Biographical History

Gerald Crompton was formerly a member of faculty in the School of Economic and Social Studies. He subsequently moved to the University of Kent.
