Hymns extracted from a collection by Samuel Dobel which were intended as a supplement to a selection of hymns and psalms for Unitarian Worship by Robert Aspland.

Administrative / Biographical History

The creator of this manuscript is believed to be John Evans, the Unitarian Minister at Carmarthen from 1816 to 1818. The document was compiled whilst he was recovering from a typhus fever in the Autumn of 1817.
