Merched y Wawr

Photographs by a number of photographers showing groups and activities of Merched Y Wawr, the majority from the 1960s and 1970s. All are annotated on the reverse.

A number of these photographs were used to illustrate the publication 'Dyddiau Cynnar' by Zonia Bowen published by Merched y Wawr in 1977. Many were also used in an exhibition in the Merched Y War stand at Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Cymru Y Bala in 1967.
