Thomas Phipps of Shefford, Bedfordshire, sells to William Nutkins of Campton certain land in Campton for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that William Nutkins may be in actual possession and so able to take a release. Witnesses: Edmund Abbiss, Robert Fitzjohn. On the back is a receipt for the consideration money signed by Thomas Phipps. Witnesses: the same. One seal is attached.
