William Ruston snr has now died, but before his death the family came to an agreement that the lands therein mentioned should go to Robert Ruston, son of William Ruston snr and brother of William Ruston jnr. Therefore, in consideration of 10s, William Ruston jnr conveys to Robert Ruston the 7+ acres 'lott or dole' of fen or marsh ground in Beezlings Fen, Doddington. George Game Day of St Ives, attorney, is named as a trustee. Lease and tripartite release both signed and sealed by Richard Ruston jnr, and witnessed by ?William Swallow and William J King, clerks to Day, duty stamps.
