Administrative / Biographical History

Lloyd Piercy Smellie was born in New York in 1889. As a Captain, ASC (Army Service Corps), 244 and 820 Motor Transport Companies, he served in Egypt, Salonika and Serbia. Later he became a Lieutenant Colonel.
