Except and always reserved unto Henry Bagnall a moiety of the coal, coal mines and commons and wastes.
Clause that Nicholas not be compelled to travel out of Ireland.

Consideration: Lands and tenements in Esgeifiog amounting to about the value of a moiety or half granted and assigned by Owen Holland to Griffith Bagnall, second son of Henry Bagnall for the term of 30 years by indenture of assignment of the same date between Owen Holland and Griffith Bagnall.
