In consideration of a marriage between Samuell Reynardson of London and Mary daughter of Jeffry Howland of Streatham, Surrey, and of a sum paid to Samuell Reynardson by Jeffry Howland for the marriage portion Samuell Reynardson releases to Jeffry Howland and John Langley of London certain land in the above parishes, being in their possession by Indenture of Lease dated the previous day, to them and their heirs to the use of Samuell Reynardson for life, on the determination to the use of Samuell Howland of Streatham and Nicholas Reynardson of London and their heirs in trust for Samuell Reynardson for life, on his death to the use of Mary Reynardson as her jointure for life, after her death to the use of their sons and their heirs in priority of birth; if Mary Reynardson survives and is with child at the time of her husband's death, to the use of Samuell Howland and Nicholas Reynardson and their heirs until she delivers or dies, if the child or children are male, to his or their use and their heirs in priority of birth; in default similarly to their daughters; in default to Samuell Reynardson and his heirs for ever. Samuell Reynardson may lease the land in possession but not in reversion. Witnesses: William Daynes, Scrivener, Tertius Jefferson, Robert Rogers, his servants. Three seals are attached.
