Richard Williams & Co. Ltd and Richard Bowton & Co. Ltd were slate merchants based in Porthmadog, Caernarfonshire. By 1927 Richard Bowton & Co. was owned by William Owen Jones (fl.1924-1956) and William Roberts. The company also bought R. Williams & Co.'s slate works in Porthmadog. Wrysgan Co. Ltd was established in 1930 but was wound up in 1946.
