Scope and Content

Address: Whitehall. To the Rt Hon William Wickham, Chief Secretary for Ireland. 'Lord Sheffield has caused the tracts sent herewith relative to Ireland to be bound together with the wish they may be usefull (sic) in respect to reference to Mr. Wickham. The first gives details of the state, manufactures & commerce of Ireland to the year 1785. The speech on union continues those details to the present times & the observations on the export of wool to Ireland shews the state of the woollen manufacture in both countries'.
