Warenne Adam and Henry Skotte, churchwardens of the parish church of Great Eversden, and Thomas Kynge, parishioner in the same, acknowledge receipt from Richard Wylks, clerk, Henry Gaderyck, John Hudleston, Thomas Rudston, and Thomas Bowles esquires, commissioners, a silver communion chalice weighing 10oz, along with three great bells and one 'saunce' bell 'beynge in the steple of the sayd parishe churche, there to remayne unspoyled, unembecylled, and unsold untyll the kynges highnes pleazasure be further knowen'. Indenture, signed by Wylks, Huddleston, Goderick, and Rudston. Not sealed. In margin, in the same hand: 'Eversdon Magna'.
