Deed poll, witnessed by William Jake of Evisdon, Roger, clerk of le Vale, Henry son of Walter of Evisdon, Alexander le Rus of Evisdon, Geoffrey de Saham of Kyngiston, Alan de ?Hance of the same, John Porter, and others.
