Administrative / Biographical History

Thomas Griffiths of St Mary's, Ceredigion, was apprenticed as a ship's carpenter to David Williams of Netpool in 1814. His wife Mary and their children lived at Ceredigion. Their son David was also a sailor who travelled around the United States and the West Indies.
