Film shows well-dressed people inspecting the appalling damage inflicted by the breach of the dam on the village below: houses with enormous holes in walls, masses of boulders strewn around, fast-rushing water, damaged [?pipelines] and other damaged equipment of the Dolgarrog Aluminium Co.
