Thomas Burrell of Writtle sells to John Bastwick of Southminster, Essex, certain land in Writtle, to him and his heirs to the use of him and his heirs for ever, provided that if Thomas Burell pay John Bastwick a certain sum by a certain date, the sale to be void. A certain rent due to Edward Burrell is excepted. Witnesses: John Levyt, Henrye Collin, Thomas Saffend.
