In nominal consideration of #2,200, John Dowsing, clerk, deforceant, has acknowledged the manors of Trumpington otherwise Huntingtons otherwise Crouchmans, and Tincotts otherwise Teckingcotts, along with extensive lands in Trumpington, Chatteris, Willingham, Great Shelford, Cherry Hinton, Grantchester, Hauxton, and Barnwell, Cambridgeshire, and Bardney, Lincolnshire, to be the right of Mary Anstey, as those which she and her husband Christopher Anstey DD, plaintiffs, have as a gift of the deforceant.
