Whereas William Cooke, Commissioner of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury has decreed that John Abingdon and Margaret Pytchard alias Abingdon are to be summoned to appear in a testamentary case in which they are plaintiffs against Thomas Blount and Jocosa Blount concerning the will of George Abingdon of Worcester, who at the time of his death had property in various dioceses and jurisdictions; the public are ordered to cite John Abingdon and Margaret Pytchard alias Abingdon to appear before the Commissioner in St Paul's Cathedral, London, within ten days.
