Whiting Bay Hotel Ltd was incorporated as a private company limited by shares on 25 February 1939 with a share capital of GBP 12,000 divided into 12,000 shares of GBP 1 each. The Whiting Bay Hotel was situated in Whiting Bay on the Isle of Arran, Scotland . The hotel proprietor in 1939 was Alexander Sneddon Watt . The main objects of the company were to carry out the businesses of hotelkeeper, innkeeper, restaurateur and licensed victualler. No more is known about the company's history to date.
