Animated film with local people reminiscing the 1982 Kinmel Bay floods, produced by artist Bedwyr Williams with the Cinetig team and children aged 8-15 years from Chester Avenue estate in Kinmel Bay.

This short animation was made with funding from the Arts Council Wales, Communities First and the Mostyn Gallery.
