Administrative / Biographical History

It was formed in 1865 as the Pendleton Powerloom Overlookers Mutual Assistance Association. In 1878 it changed its name to the National Association of Power Loom Overlookers. In 1990 it joined the Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication and Plumbing Union.
